To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Wind-Legacy Sweden's liability for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by providing written notice. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for:

• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, except as required by law.
